We started as a small bakery in 1994. When our cookies began to gain traction there were no co-packing partners within our means – so we did it all ourselves. Erin (our owner and founder) sold her car in order to purchase a commercial sized oven and rode around town on her blue bike… hence the name! We know finding the right partner can be challenging because we’ve been there – and not everyone is willing to sell their car!
Fast forward to today, we have a world class facility with the highest standards in quality assurance and the ability to collaborate with brands from concept to final product.
If you’re looking for a west coast facility, we specialize in small to mid-sized manufacturing for brands committed to making great food for their customers. We’re capable of new product launches, line extensions, and being a secondary manufacturing facility for product currently on the market.
